This was my first time placing a catering order with Luigi O'Grady's, and I must say—it wasn’t just good, it was phenomenal. From the very beginning, it was clear that my order mattered to them. I ordered two appetizers and four entrées, all with sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were extremely generous, the flavors were outstanding, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I’ve ordered from other places that charge a lot and deliver little—Luigi O' Grady's are the complete opposite. Their prices are very fair, and you get even more than you expect. If you want to get treated badly by the owners daughter this is the place to go. I believe she is the manager.. If she does not like you she wont serve you. If your order is not up to your standards, to bad, they wont replace it and they will rudely throw you out of the store and tell you to never come back. Oh by the way, the prices are never the same whenever you go in there. No body from my place of business goes there anymore because of her poor attitude. Food is awesome. I really switched it up and started going here during the covid thing. I didn’t like how other food places were dealing with covid so tried here. The order online is perfect for pickup. You’ll get an email with a eta for when to pick it up. I have never been disappointed with the food, it’s perfect. Bones less rib sandwich is awesome.
