Mean rude customer service to begin with, no greetings, just"what do you want question on her ungroomed face framed with ,,just out of bed hair,,. Maybe that person had a bad day, ok. Waiting time ,,forever,, Then comes my beef stew, it is a bowl of brown goo in a flimsy dish with one tiny cube of connective tissue and one inch cube of potato , the rest of the family had sandwiches or hamburgers , the same picture, slice of connective tissue and bread, table mustard was great, I had a lot of it, this was the worse service and food I have ever had,...

The gentleman that usually waits on me is wonderful and I enjoy coming here. The beef on wick is delicous. I often forget it's here and I live 5 minutes away. I need to go in more! Highly reccomend if you are coming through Buffalo Bills territory and looking for one of the staples in the area. Note : it's more of a place to grab to go. I think they might have a two person table or two but not much room. We just order to go and enjoy it at home or picnic style...

Charlie The Butcher is one of my favorite places to get take out. But I will never get take out at that location due to the younger guy that works during the day. He is so nasty and basically the last time I was there he must of been having a bad day. He was swearing slamming things on the counter it was ridiculous. If you hate being there then quit.
