I had a very pleasant experience. While placing my order over the phone, the gentleman who picked up was very energetic and happy to take my order. Automatically, my somewhat monotoned voice was also getting more cheerful. I was quite shocked, as it was past midnight, now a Friday morning. When arriving, I was greeted with a smile and my food ready. In less than 15 minutes since I called, they had 3 subs and 4 sides ready! I don't know many food workers that would great so warmly at 1am. I don't know if it was the same guy over the phone and cashing me out, but it made my night that much better. The food was great and made exactly as ordered. Which was shocking, as I was all over the place while ordering. What sauce on the tenders, idk my friend didn't say, let's circle back later. Read moreI like to order Jim's from the Toast app, its usually ready in 15 minutes as promised. The minor inconvenience I've experienced at most Jim's is that the staff is often busy making other subs and not available for handing the completed orders to customers.
When I went in today, I saw zero subs waiting on the counter. I then looked over and saw that they have a food heater (think pizza warmer). I was able to grab my order and didn't have to wait for someone to be free to hand me my sub. Thank you for this!!! Genius idea!!
They also now offer tablet ordering (in addition to ordering from the counter)

Read moreI ordered 3 subs online and picked up in store. I am not too thrilled how extremely messy these subs were wrapped. They weren’t closed before wrapping. Soaked in sauce. They are subs not chicken wings! Bread wasn’t toasted as described. Meat is very tough. I am absolutely disappointed with this. Ordering in store and eating there is 100x better than doing take out. When it should be the same type of service all around. Not to mention you pay a little extra when ordering online. But it’s a hurry let’s go and get them out of here type of atmosphere right?
