McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

the staff here are weirdly condescending , including the manager guy. seemed like they got off on being really alienating and belittling towards me for asking for a shot of espresso in iced water, instead of hot water. it wasn’t that crazy but they made a huge spectacle about it, made me explain the drink several times (again, it’s a shot of espresso in iced water, it’s not for everyone but i enjoy it due to my dietary restrictions), made me ask for my money back several times , told me no one asks for that, and walked around the place laughing at me. honestly never been treated like this anywhere in my life. i hope they feel like nice people deep down inside and not the borderline abusive clique that they actually are. you really don’t know why a person asks for something a certain way, and it’s not really for you to understand. you should just be kind to people because there was nothing to gain from this situation except some weird sense of satisfaction they got from mistreating a customer on a busy saturday morning because they...

Ordered $40plus dollars in food this morning!!! To only have some disgruntled employee drop the entire bag of food on the ground. THEN tried replacing ONLY the hash browns and tossed the bag back on the counter at me - like I was supposed to know it was mine somehow? Never called a number. Just tossed it there and stomped off! Once I actually looked in the bag - everything was sauced up & disgusting! Not pay $40plus for crap food that was dropped on the floor! Do better! Maybe hire people who can actually do the job and do it well? Not some little punks who want to throw things around and have tantrums in front of customers. NOT pleased OR impressed at all! The food is McDonald's. You know what your getting. The service and atmosphere was disappointing. While eating at a table there was a associate who seemed to be running the place that was heard yelling at another employee, tell them if they didn't like or do something(unknown what that was)then to just leave. The employee being yelled at was upset and went to the bathroom. Not only was this inappropriate behavior for any employee in a workplace but it was immature and embarrassing to have to witness. I was in a booth in the front of the building and heard the argument as clearly as if I was standing next to them. I child sitting at another table nearby even asked his father why they were yelling.
