Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

Food at moes is great. Always has always will. But the customer service here is terrible!!!

One night I placed a pick up order around 8:30, I told them I would be about 15-20 mins. They told me they can't take my order unless I am for sure going to be there by the time they close or, and I quote, "throw away my food and lock the door". Um what????

So when I arrived, me being a restaurant manager myself asked to speak to one. Of course it was a 17 to 18 year old female working. I asked if she always talks to customers like that on the phone and she said yes? I began telling her that's how you lose business and I'll be telling her manager and she says her manager won't care because she's pregnant and has other things to worry about. I said I would message head quarters and she said they review all those messages and just laugh and delete them....again, what????

After a 10 min exchange of how she's having a bad day and her life is hard and not her fault she was completely disrespectful and rude, she ended up giving me my meal free of charge.

I'm assuming she was a manager herself because she was cashing her drawer out, but wow should...

DO NOT EAT HERE! Slowest service I have ever encountered. Disgusting food. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. My family and I went to this Moes location on May 5, 2018. We stood in line for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) with only a couple of people in front of us. The staff was filling all online orders before serving any eat in customers. When we got to the front of the line finally, none of the workers were wearing hair nets. All of the foods were mixed together from toppings falling into other containers. The steak came from a slop bucket where it looked like the steak had been boiled (it wasnt, but that's what it looked like and had the chewy texture as well). I got guac on my burrito and the employee put MAYBE a tablespoon size dollop of guac on top. 30 dollars later, we got to eat garbage food while sitting at a dirty sticky table (there was not a clean table in the place). My 8 month old had to sit in a sticky dirty high chair. There was garbage all over the floor, holes in the booth cushions, just over all disgusting. Will not be returning ever, and will deter everyone I know...

What a debacle... First I get there to pick up my online order to find they are waiting for me to arrive before they even begin to make our 2 salads. I am on lunch people. I wasted 12 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for my salads to be ready, when the online ordering process told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. Then I was told you don't make the edible bowls for my salad. Your online ordering system should reflect that, it shouldn't have been a choice. I most definitely would have ordered something else had I known. Then no regular coca cola in your machine but you have all other coke flavors. I was offered Queso for my inconvenience. I got back to work and 1/3 of the chips in the bag were translucent and literally dripping with oil. To top it all off I don't have a fork to eat salad with.... AGHHHH!!!!! I may never go back. Not worth my lunch time to get a meal from there today. I couldn't eat it and I work 12 hr shifts. ...
