I am a frequent customer at the Ted’s location in Orchard Park, New York. Depending on where I am, I’ve also eaten at all of the other Ted’s, even including the one in Tempe, Arizona.
In all the times that I have been here at the O.P. Location, I have never had a negative experience in any way.
The staff is not only organized and efficient, but also very friendly.
This evening, Ryan, who has a name tag as being the assistant manager, and Chelsie, took my order.
So nice to see the smiling faces of people that seem to really enjoy their jobs and their customers.
A big thumbs up on the Martin’s potato rolls for hotdogs.
They are tastier, more fresh, and enhance the overall taste of the hot dogs.
Not a fan of the regular white hot dog rolls, which often times have a bunch of raw flour sitting at the bottom of them, and are sometimes not as fresh. Sometimes they even break apart.
Even if there are some customers who like all of the flour, etc., I hope you will continue to serve the potato rolls as well, at least as a choice for customers.

Read moreDO NOT ONLINE ORDER! Horrible experience. Placed an order and got confirmation it would be done around 6:10. My card was charged. I had my two little kids with me. We waited until 6:40 and the associates were avoiding everyone waiting for a pick-up order. No manager in site. I asked if I could cancel my order because my kids were hungry and I needed to leave. Was told they didn’t know if I could cancel it. I left and called the store. The associate apologized and said she would talk to the manager about a refund but never asked my name until I said “don’t you need my name to issue a refund?” It still shows on the app that my order is in the queue. No refund has been issued. What a horribly managed process. I get things happen like being short staffed but why are you taking online orders then!?!? Close the online ordering down if you can’t fulfill them because you’re overwhelmed. Extremely frustrating when you have two littles kids waiting for their food, poor customer service and don’t even receive the food...
Read moreDuring these hard times I wanted to support a local business so I went to go place my order online and I had trouble placing it before but I wanted to try it again. It was unable to accept my order so I decided to call in. When I told the lady I wanted to place my order she said you would have to do that online and I told her that I was having trouble and it would not work. I also told her that I wanted to use the discount code and she told me I couldn't because it was for online order. After giving her my order I told her I was able to use it before at a different location and she told me well I've already processed your payment the only way I can do it now is if I restart.
