Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Ossining

I placed an order on the app. It told me my order would be ready for pick up in 10-20 minutes. I get there they try and give me the wrong food and I had to show them in the email this is what I ordered. They go to the back look around and from my observation seems like they NEVER MADE THE ORDER because they rip the little sticker from the machine off that had my Order and are like oh. Then tell me to wait like “ 10 min” so i said fine. 30 minutes later go by I’m still sitting there no one tells me anything about my order being done and I finally go up there and the manager sees my disgusted face and tells one of the workers to give me my Pizza that had been sitting on the self for who knows how long! I also ordered extra sauce, extra cheese and double pepperoni and there was hardly anything on the pizza. This pizza was not made with love. I won’t be...

If I can give this place NO STARS I would. This is the SECOND time I place a delivery order from Ossining to Sleepy Hollow and it is NOT delivered. When I called to place the order over the phone I was rudely cut off the line while I was talking. I called again. I was told my food will be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited an hour, called again to check on the order and gave them my phone number AGAIN. About half and hour later I called and asked what happened with the delivery. It turns out they took "the wrong number" when I repeated slowly 3 times over the phone. The person who answered the phone then asked "Do you still want the food or not". Extremely rude customer service!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will be seeing the manager. This isn't acceptable at all. How do they place to run a successful business with this...

Placed my online delivery order at 5:15pm....per the tracker it left the store at 5:26pm. 6pm I called the store to check where my order was, as I had not received it. Guy on the phone said its on the way but I'm like the tracker says it left 30mins ago. I wait a few more minutes....no pizza...so I call back and again I'm being told its on the way....Im trying to get another explanation because it has now been over an hour but he shuts me down and continues to tell me its on the way. I hang up and call Lucy's Pizza, which I shoulda done in the beginning. But lesson learned...I will never order from dominos pizza again!! The guys are rude...they have no idea about customer service. The driver just called at 6:21pm and said he's outside...lol...I told him no...
