Today I hv been to Chipotle Hicksville around 10:42 PM as they closed at 11:00 PM with my family, me my 6 years old son one of my friend and my mother. We were their last customer. There is no one came while we were eating there and As soon as we left they locked the door. My son was holding his IPad which we given him as Christmas Present. He left in Chipotle by mistake. While we were way back home my mother realized he does not have his iPad. We looked and then he told that he put near fountain machine while he was going to use restroom. I called them back to confirm but they said they could not find nothing. Then also I wanted to make sure so went back there and manager was keep arguing with me and not co operating in any manner. I told her I want to check camera. She said she dont allow me to check. I said ok pls you check yourself, she said she hv no time and she hv to close store. I finally told her if you not going to help me so I hv yo call 911. She told me to get out from store and she told me do whatever you want to do outside the store. So I came out and called 911. Thank you to our Cops and responder, who were there in just 2 minutes. I really appreciate for their services and give them all the honor and respect. They told me to wait while they investigating. After half an hour Cops came out with my sons IPAD. They explain that manager said she dont know who put in back office. Simple question is that we all are working. If we found something in our premises we always bring this to our manager notice. How come she does not know that one of the employee put the IPAD in back office. Well, the end of the story is I am so thankful and grateful to the officers who helped me out with very wonderful and intelligent way. GOD BLESS THE ENTIRE TROOPS AND GOD...
