Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I've been to this location twice, both times my order was incorrect. The first was via the drive thru, I waited about 5 min at the window while the employees were screaming laughing and carrying on, and they gave me the wrong beverage, second time i walked in, I asked (and was charged) for a large, but was given a medium and again it was incorrectly made. Both visits have been within the last 7 days (I'm not the type to make a scene or belittle an employee, I just took my order and left.)

I went to this Dunkin Donuts today and had the WORST experience! I ordered hash browns which seemed to be a difficult task. I waited for 12 minutes in that drive through before just asking for my money back. At no point did anyone apologize for the delay or explain why it was taking so long. The manager there, B. (that's the name she gave me) was awful. She wasn't apologetic and had a sarcastic attitude. I would never go there again!! I didn't want to give any stars but apparently you have to give one...

I used to be a regular at this location, coming almost every day before work, but I just can’t justify the customer service anymore. This morning (Wednesday around 9:30 AM), a drive-through employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left a bad impression. On top of that, the iced coffee here is inconsistent and never tastes the same. At this point, I’d rather pay a little more at a local spot like Café Inn close by or Starbucks where I know I’ll always get a quality drink and...
