Just this weekend, my crew was working on road repair on Ritter ave because it leads into the stores in Carman Plaza and it's very busy. We had traffic control and were laying down 25 tons of asphalt. It was cold and it was 9:00 am when I walked inside for a "Box of Joe" at $27.00 There were three customers in front of me, so I asked one of the employees to unlock the bathroom door in the meantime. He was cleaning off a display 6 feet away. His answer was, "bathroom is for customers only." The assumption was rude. I pulled up in an official vehicle and was dressed in uniform, so why the assumption? Again, I asked politely, if he could open the bathroom door for me and then I was going to the counter for my order. He said, "the bathroom is for customers only" Is this necessary? I said, "I am a customer, there are people on line, I need the bathroom now while I wait." He told me, "...after you buy something, they will give you the key" So, I approached the counter, the young lady behind the counter already had the key in hand and gave it to me, without the rude attitude of this person. She must have understood his rudeness. I was quick in the bathroom, and there was no soap to wash my hands, by the way, I returned the key, looked at this character who was glancing at me, and thought to myself, "why should I give this place my business?" So, you can all do what you like, but this was the same place that closed their bathrooms during Covid, and two years later had a sign on the bathroom that said "broken". A few times I ordered online through doordash, and every time they would just send me whatever they wanted to send me. I got sick of it so recently I called in shortly after placing my order. I guess the manager did not like that so she blocked my number from going through. Therefore I cannot call in anymore. Once I received my order, as expected it was wrong. So I had to go up to the store myself and have them correct it. Even then she STILL messed it up. At this point I believe it was done purposely. Just last night I went in to get a sandwich and she told me I could not have one because she already cleaned the oven. It was only 7:00pm. The store closed at 9:30pm. At this point Iāll be calling Dunkin Corporate and making a complaint. If I could give this particular Dunkinā zero stars I would. Would not recommend this particular location due to management...

Yesterday, I ordered one latte and a pumpkin cold brew. The latte was ok, and my spouse kept it. My coldbrew tasted like GARBAGE. It wasnāt just bad, it was absolutely horrendous. So I didnāt want it remade, and Iām tired of throwing their lattes out⦠I asked for a refund, and the manager refused to refund my money. So I left without a coffee and without my money.
I usually spend $200 on coffee monthly from Dunkin and Starbucks. Because of this experience, Iāve now deleted the Dunkin app from my phone, and Iāve taken the $ I wouldāve spent here for the rest of this month and ordered a espresso maker for home. So thanks for treating me like garbage Dunkinā Donuts. By losing $5, Iāll actually save money long term.
