Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Nasty attitude from their cashier and employees especially this woman Iris. I had a reward on my phone and she yelled at me infront of my kids telling that I should’ve told her what it is for and I asked her politely can you please lower your voice there are kids here. So she kept going on and on about how I shouldn’t tell her to be quiet. I told her I showed you the reward to show me what it is not to tell me I don’t know. Very very rude lady and kept telling me I don’t care I say and do what I want. This is not a good representation to the store. Definitely not coming to this store again and will be reporting to the owners...

When I go to this Dunkin, the workers make me feel like Im asking them for a favor, specially on the weekends! I go there all happy looking forward for my caffeine and I'm like "Good Morning!" and I get nothing! No good morning, No how can I help you, none of that. They don't say a word from the beginning to the end of the transaction, they walk away as you are swiping your card,lol! Very sad, No stars to the Owner that apparently don't care about the reviews regarding my same issue! This been happening for the last 2 years, I'M DONE...

Okay, so I’m in NY now- I get it- more people, more of a busy atmosphere and all, but coming from Florida to here I expected too much I guess. Guy behind counter - barely two words- not pleasant to customers. Very bland. Service was somewhat fast but I asked for extra cream and sugar. Got cream! No sugar. I’ll live. But I expect my Dunkin peeps to at least acknowledge your customers who are giving up thier hard earned green to purchase your coffee and sweets!...
