This place has become ânight and day,â (âbefore vs afterâŚâ) when contrasted with it prior to Vâs arrival: I.Before V Took Over (3 stars) Coffee, was rarely up to snuff, although all DD coffees are good regardless of how fresh they are Egg and other sandwiches were fair to goodâŚbut sometimes not fresh Donuts were a âlottery ticket..â (I am not even joking about this!...) a. Sometimes they would be fair to good b. At the wrong time of the day- ROCKs are actually softer than what they provided Employees?- a bunch of kids mainly..hit or miss againâŚjust depended on who was managing the shift (but honestly on LI, we donât careâŚjust give us top quality foodâŚ)
II. After V Took Over- (SIX stars on a Scale of 1-5!) Coffee, is off the charts- super-freshâŚthey re-brew every few minute Egg and other sandwiches are usually insanely good Donuts are âcanât miss items now: a. My fave is boston crème i. Off the charts fresh and just the right amount of topping and custard ii. Better yet, as a change of pace, I timidly tried on other occasions, not knowing what to expect Double chocolate, Bavarian crème and even pumpkin (a) Once againâŚALL WERE FANTASTIC! At all times of the morning or evening Employees?- a bunch of kids, againâŚbut theyâve selected hard, fast thinking workers that are equipped to deal with us crazy and demanding- LI-ers.    Read moreUpdate - 9/23/23 I did not update the last time I went, which was about 1 week ago, The bacon was still raw from my avocado toast. I went back hoping they would make me another one instead. They said no and give me my money back. Today I went back after a little while. There was new people there who hardly spoke to language. Who knows if they're even legal. Asked to make the bacon well done just in case and they burnt the bread so bad that it was like a piece of stone. Unfortunately, it's my local Dunkin' donuts. It's an easy in and out but needless to say I won't be going back there anymore. It really need to get people to speak English.
This Dunkin' donuts is decent at best. A lot of times they get my food and how I want my coffee wrong. Which is pretty simple. Black, no suger. Not sure if it's a disconnect with the language with the people...
