Ruby and Jenna — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

The clothes weren't bad. Not the best fabrics and a good array of items. But, NOTHING was left in smalls... nothing. And the customer service was HORRENDOUS... snotty young girls looking at you like they are better. If you want to ask them a question, be ready to get a stink eye because they are too busy talking to each other picking out outfits are that night with other employees and NOT the customers. Very rude, very unhelpful not nice people at all. I don't think they will survive with such terrible customer service. Nah, i will avoid getting looked down on every though i had an $100 t-shirt on. You should be assisting the person with the money...

Love the clothes hate to leave a bad review but the service at this location is disappointing. First off you walk in all the girls are hanging out in the back , you don’t get greeted. I had a lot of stuff in my hand, but did not get offered to start a room. Then the girl at the register had the nerve to give me an attitude and didn’t even say a word not even a thank you after I had purchased some stuff. Disrespectful...

Horrible experience. No one greeted me or even looked up at me when I walked in. The blonde girl who rang me up was extremely rude. When she was done ringing me up, she didn't hand me my bag or say anything. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back....didn't even look up. I felt uncomfortable shopping here. Although they do have cute clothes, I will not...
