I’ve had the pleasure ordering from Nikkie’s divine desserts for my grandmother’s 80th birthday party. Ordering such a cake last minute, local bakeries shunned me away requesting any cake. When I messaged Nikkie just a few days away having this cake ready, she took in all our requests with open-minded creativity. Was alittle skeptical at first how other bakeries wouldn’t budge with a normal cake request but with Nikkie, a very dedicated & hard working woman, made our dream cake vision come true. The cake was outstanding. How perfect the chocolate melted in your mouth, plus the little candies tasted. The cake texture was light & moist. Filled in with raspberry jam just topped every bite. I ordered three pies from Nikkie's Devine Desserts for Thanksgiving: pecan, apple brown butter and pumpkin. They were delivered to us in Pennsylvania by two very close friends who had referred NDD. The first thing that hits you is the whiff of the buttery crust. We decided to have a slice of the pecan pie with our coffee. Suffice to say, the pie is not making it to Thanksgiving. The pecan filling was the perfect consistency, not very sweet but sufficiently that the pecans shone through. Nikkie is amazing!!! Located in Farmingdale! We were looking for an affordable baker for my bridal shower that still makes beautiful two tiered cakes and then we found her and we were so happy! She made my cake vision really come to life! She was very organized and very accommodating and patient with all of the last minute changes we made to make the cake just as I wanted it! We had cannoli cream and chocolate mouse with yellow cake and it was so good! She also delivered to the restaurant day of! Highly recommend her!
