Honestly, the worst experience I have had in Long Island. The person behind the bar started off by singling out who in the group needs to take out their license to be carded. Quite offensive, my friend was singled out as the only one that did not need to be carded out of the group. We are all within the same age group. Then, we got the beers. I did a Groupon for a flight and the beers were all not good. This was disappointing in itself to try to swallow this beer. The stout, the porter, the βBerlinerβ, the summer peach, the honey ale. Did not taste good at all! Then came the pizza. We got two pizzas, a pepperoni and Buffalo chicken. The pepperoni was tolerable to eat but honestly a frozen Celeste pizza wouldβve been better. Definitely not New York pizza or anything remotely close. The picture attached is of the Buffalo chicken pizza. Charred so bad. I guess the bartender got distracted by the only two other people in the entire business and forgot about the pizza. Instead of offering to make another one, the bartender cut it, struggling to get thru how burnt the pizza was, and handed it to my friend. All together, one of the most disappointing experiences Iβve ever had at a brewery. Needless to say, even if you have a Groupon or discount, itβs not worth it!!! Please steer clear of this...

The new taproom is minimalistic for now, with a few tables set up prime for watching the big game on their two big screen TVs. But that's not why you should come here. For Nassau's North Shore, this can very easily become the neighborhood brewery, with a flood of locals always looking to grab a growler or a pint. For those looking to take the trip up Route 106, there are 24 taps (each beer is on two lines so both growlers and pints can be filled simultaneously). The staff is some of the friendliest I've met in all my beer travels. And the beer ... well, let's just say I'm looking forward to my next visit. With a wide variety of styles, any beer fan can find a new local favorite. Whether you're looking for an IPA casked with Galaxy hops (my personal favorite from the visit), a creamy oatmeal stout, or a light bodied saison, Oyster Bay Brewing has shown that they're up to the task to meet the North...
Β Β Β Read moreBartender was extremely rude. It was me and my boyfriend at the bar and another man. I was maybe like 4 or 5 ft away from him looking at the menu and the lady helping him told me to stay 6 ft away from the customer. I was a bit away already but sure I understand the rules. No problem. I apologized and took 1 step to the left. When she turned to serve us she still sounded like she had an attitude so I just bought 1 drink instead of a flight like intended. Keep in mind the bar is pretty long. As she rings us up 2 guys come to the bar and are ALOT closer to me than I was to the previous customer. About 1 body space away from me. And she said NOTHING to them at all. She definitely saw because she was standing in front of us taking our money but kept quiet. The beer wasn't that good for me to return and I've definitely told all my friends and coworkers to avoid this place. We took 3 sips and left the bar...
