To begin, I'd like to mention that I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I was extremely disappointed by the service and staff at this particular establishment. A comprehensive evaluation of the management team is imperative. I initiated an Uber Eats order at 7:50, but the estimated delivery time kept extending, reaching 8:30, 9:10, 9:40, and finally 10:10. At 9:30, I politely contacted the restaurant for an update, and the hostess informed me that they were swamped and running behind schedule, reassuring me that my order would be ready soon. Given my background in the restaurant business, I empathetically waited another 40 minutes. During this time, an Uber Eats driver remained at the restaurant for the entire hour and a half.
Subsequently, I called the restaurant again and requested to speak with a manager. The manager claimed that the hostess was currently handing my food to the Uber Eats driver, but right after our conversation, I received a notification stating that the driver had canceled the order and the food was still being prepared. It became evident that the manager had provided me with false information about the readiness of my order. Only two weeks since I got my car back from the body shop when my car was fixed after being rear-ended.My claim was not even returned to me yet. January 7 was my birthday, and I left the shop and before I got in the car I noticed my car got scratched. My feelings: when the parts were just replaced and got scratched again in two weeks.I used to park my car next to tap room . This day my car was parked exactly under their surveillance camera. Most likely the delivery trucks and people who work for them did it(considering position of my car and very specific scratches possibly done by delivery cart). For 3 days I tried my best asking for the help with footage from their surveillance camera. It looked so sad and hopeless when I was confronted with such careless attitude. Looked like they lied to me or did not want to be bothered with that. Definitely it’s clear why they didn’t want to help me. Fortunately we have better experience with people around us and they’re more honest and helpful to each other. Read moreI went to the Massapequa Park restaurant on Sunday 2.2.25 around 2:30pm. I sat at the bar and asked for a burger wrap with only lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and ketchup. When my food arrived, it had onions so I asked the bartender to correct the situation. She visibly rolled her eyes at me and without saying a word took the wrap and returned about 20 minutes later with another. This time the wrap had bacon and mayonnaise on it. I ate the food even though it was not what I requested and discussed with my dining companion the missed order. I finished and asked for my check, when I did so I said to the bartender that my food came out wrong the second time as well. To my surprise she said she knew, she had heard me talking to my friend. (apparently, she decided it was not worth her time to engage me and correct the mistake) She further told me it was my fault as I didn’t order correctly. I should have told her what I didn’t want in the sandwich rather than requesting only lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and ketchup. I was responsible to list off the items to exclude.
