If their was an option For 10 stars, I'd surely give this store and the sleep expert Steve, who I worked with that many!! I went into Mattress Firm that Steve, who works tireless with me for two hours to ensure that I was able to walk out on cloud nine after being able to get the most beautiful top-of-the-line mattress that I Could only dream I could get! And I must do credit only to Steve because he worked his magic to make sure that I was absolutely fulfilled. He truly went out of his way for me from start to finish. It's very rare to come across somebody like this and I am so unbelievably glad that I chose this location and this store franchise. But truly, I believe it's Steve who made it all worthwhile for me personally because I don't know any other salesperson who would spend two or three hours making sure that I was so happy and excited and got everything that I could possibly dream of. It was such a pleasure to work with him. I'm going to be recommending him in the store for years to comeif you're looking to get a new mattress look no further than the store and ask for Steve he will blow your mind and make sure that you are 100% Satisfied not to mention he is a totally cool dude and he enjoys tremendously what he does which makes all the difference in the world. After trying multiple mattresses in the store, I decided to buy a queen sized Nectar mattress. The associate said that a protector for the mattress would be $80 but he'll give me it for $50. After he said that, I looked at the Nectar website for the same mattress and they were offering a protector and bedsheets for free with a purchase of the mattress. I brought this up to the associate and he was able to add these items for free but only after i showed him the Nectar website. Then he said delivery would be $120 (even though on the Nectar website it said free delivery). I said i will just pick it up at the store for free and bit my tongue about the free delivery. Fast forward to the day I was suppose to pick up the mattress on a Saturday, I get a call from the associate saying that the mattress was suppose to come early on Thursday, but it still hasnt arrived even though there were over 20 mattresses in their warehouse 20 min away. Now I have to wait until Monday for my mattress. As I'm writing this review, the Nectar website is having a $225 discount on the mattress that I just bought so I overpaid for this mattress significantly - I'm not happy.

My advice: go to mattress firm, find the mattress you want, leave the store, and buy the mattress off of the mattress company's website. My experience shows that the people at mattress firm are just trying to nickel and dime you so its best to just get rid of the middleman. ...

I actually truly wanted to say something about my experience today. Today, I walked into mattress firm with my husband. No intention to buy, but to start looking for mattresses. Well, we walked out with buying two new mattresses. We were greeted by a gentleman named Chris. I believe his name was Chris James. Chris took some much personal care and interest for what I needed. He explained every aspect of what would suit our needs. He went out of his way, to make sure our expectations were met. How refreshing, to walk into a store these days, and find someone in sales to take time and to really listen to what we needed ! We also need one more mattress for a room being done over in December. I can guarantee you, we will be back to mattress firm in massapequa, and request Chris for our next purchase. We are definitely customers for life now! Thank you so much for hiring such educated, kind and caring people to represent your store.
