Outstanding Service and Support – Thank You, Sebastian!

I rarely write reviews, but the incredible experience I had with Trek Bicycle absolutely deserves one. We bought a brand new bike for my son, and unfortunately, the very next day he had an accident that damaged the front wheel, rim, and brakes. It was heartbreaking, he was so excited about the bike, and we weren’t sure if this would even be covered.

That’s when Trek Bicycle showed what true customer service looks like.

Sebastian Moya stepped in and went above and beyond. He listened to our story, inspected the damage, and without hesitation worked everything out under the bike’s warranty. They replaced the front wheel, rim, and brakes at no cost to us. We were blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did.

July 10, 2020 UPDATE: After unsuccessfully trying twice to communicate with the company directly, I opened a PayPal dispute to try to get a refund. PayPal decided in my favor and refunded my payment today. There is no record in the dispute of Sunrise responding in any way. Avoid this business. June 24, 2020 I placed an order on June 4 for three items, all of which were listed as "in stock". I did not receive an order confirmation, though full payment was accepted via PayPal immediately. When I hadn't received my items after ten days, I wrote Sunrise asking about the status of my order. No response. I wrote them again one week later, again no response. I am completely OK with delayed shipping due to Covid. I am NOT OK with Sunrise not sending me an order confirmation, nor with them ignoring two requests for information.
