Vincent's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

We moved to Long Island from Brooklyn in 2021 and searched for great pizza for years. We finally found it when we tried Vincent's. We order here about once a week and are never disappointed. I am always searching for a fantastic Chicken Parm, ( roll or hero) and they never miss. The variety of fresh slices, rolls, and appetizers is all amazing. Service was mediocre tonight. I felt rushed. My moms chicken parm was cold. We asked for it to be heated. When we got the food back it was different food back. It had medium sauce on it instead of mild and then it had linguini instead of angel hair. Not to mention it had cheese when we asked for no cheese. The waiter also could not do math. He kept messing up how much money we gave him and chased us outside when we already left the resturant because he made a mistake. He was very confused and really stalled us. I've been coming to this pizzeria since they opened in this location!!! Vincent and the family and to the staff are all great people and make you feel like you are family.
