Wok 'n Roll — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I don’t know what changed as I have been ordering take out from this restaurant for years. This past weekend I went in the store to place an order, there was only one person ahead of me and when it was my time to place an order I was completely ignored for a few minutes while watching one of the attendants enjoy her crab meal. After requesting service shortly thereafter someone came to take my order. I left and returned to pick up my meal and again stood there for a while before I was acknowledged, a few minutes later another attendant who was enjoying her crab meal reluctantly got up and handed me my order after I paid for the meal. I do not know if the management changed as these were not familiar faces! To make matters worse, despite ordering chicken fried rice there were bits of pork included. I placed an order with this take out and when I got home, they got my order wrong and added pork to my husband's meal, which he is vegetarian. They tried to convince me that was what I ordered, which I do not order pork from a Chinese restaurant. When I called the lady was very rude and then hung up on me. I only wanted to fix their wrong to make it right so I went up there and again they were very nasty, but they re-made my order, which I really didn't trust them at this point. Not only were they nasty, but they were cooking with no gloves or head covering and being that I have a family member that works for the department of health, I am sure they would have some health violations to worry about. We have ordered from this restaurant a few times, delivery and pick up. Three times now they’ve messed up my order and blamed me for it. Two out of the three times i ordered online, so there was no chance for a verbal misunderstanding. This last and now final time i will ever order from them she butchered my order, told me it was my fault, even after i had her repeat the order back to me. Continued to scream at me telling me i said other than what i said and hung up on me. Not only did she send the wrong items, she sent less of some of the items.
