09/2022 - New employees are way more friendly then in the past.

06/2021 - Love it most of the time last visit was excellent. Delivery is usually fast ($5 fee, up a dollar since last time I ordered) and pickup is usually ready within 20 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Building was remodeled not that many years back due to a fire so everything is super new.

2019 - I literally have a love-hate relationship with this place most of the time 😁. I've been ordering from this specific store since I was a child and my parents used to place the orders. They are by far my favorite pizza place. However, there were at least three times that I can count where I had to cut them off for a while. The first time I stopped ordering from them for almost 15 years because I was so upset. Within the last three or four years I have decided to try them again and have only had to cut them off twice due to customer service issues. After working a 10hr long day decided to order pizza for dinner. Order a pizza for pick up online, regular crust well done with toppings like we always get. Never had an issue until tonight. Picked up the pizza and drove home only 2 minutes down the road and opened the pizza just to see it was thin crust which isn't a big deal, we will still eat it. Then noticed the whole top of the pizza was nothing but grease, used 3 paper towels to soak up all the grease, which whatever after a long day working in a hot automotive shop i can deal with it. Well final straw was i pulled the first two slices out of the box and the slices fell apart, the majority of the bottom of the pizza was all soggy and basically slop at that point. Called down to see what they could do just to be told they would give me a small credit towards my next order like seriously I'll even bring the pizza back for you to see and you can make me a new pizza.... so after that experience I'll just take my chances with another pizza shop or even...

If I could give my experience zero stars I would. How my mother was talked to today by a teenage girl was highly unacceptable. we just wanted to order some pizza and from the minute she answered the phone she had an attitude and was rude and extremely unprofessional. These fast food restaurants really need to stop just hiring anyone and realize if a child doesn’t wanna work there professionally they shouldn’t be working there at all. A part time job is supposed to prepare them for the real world. And a high quality job would never tolerate that kind of attitude and disrespect and unprofessional work from their employees. And I understand there children but they won’t be forever and this generation of kids think they’re entitled to anything and they’re really not you’re supposed to earn where you are in life, and they need to start...
