Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I stopped going here for two years and went back today thinking maybe they have different employees who actually care but I was sorely mistaken. I never get the correct order. Anytime I ask them to fix it I get attitude. And today when I went in everybody was talking about licking butts and checkin each others cracks for Covid. Needless to say by the time I left I wasn’t even hungry for my food. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I stood in their lobby listening to the phone ring Nobody stopped to answer it. I stood at The front counter for five minutes before anybody even came over to get my order. Terrible customer service. Gave us 6 boston cream donuts that we're unfilled and had NO custard in it. We called about it they said oh someone must have forgotten to fill them today (does that happen often?). They took our name and phone number and promised a replacement dozen next time we were in. When we came in to get them, they called a manager on the phone who said they hadn't heard anything about it and wanted to just take our name and number again. Why would we just keep leaving our name and number for nothing to be done and replacement promises going unfulfilled? For that service I'll go to another dunkin from...

They must have new people because my orders never got messed up as badly before.

Today was the last straw. Never coming to this dunkin again.

At the speaker I ordered a hot mocha latte. She replied back "ok iced decaf". I corrected her. We were fine. She then handed me a hot chocolate at the window and I was charged $4.

I wasn't able to try the drink until I was well into the city at work. Had half a mind to just leave work and go back.

I was in desperate need of caffeine and don't "treat" myself often, so this is a big deal for me. I care about my order. They should too.
