Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

Walked in and 4 or more people stood behind the counter and never greeted me. I stood there to order and nobody came to help me. I went down to the pickup area and asked if I order there and they said no go over where it says order here. To which I responded I did but none of you would wait on me. I go back and the owner (possibly) was super rude!!! Big guy with dark hair and a mustache! I started to order and he rudely says meat only I only do the meat and cheese! Then to top it off the rolls were stale and one of them was hard and crunchy at the end!!! Worst sub ever! Will never ever spend a dime at any of these establishments!! Another customer came in and was treated the same way!!! He had to actually argue with them to get is order!!! Worst...

Terrible sandwich. Worst I have ever had. Decided to try Jersey Mike's for the first time and will never go back. Ordered the "Giant" (which is just a large) Mike's Chicken Philly and paid $20.00. I know that things are more expensive today than in the past but $20.00 for a large sub is a complete rip off. Never had american cheese on a chicken philly and it was awful tasting.
