Ordered delivery lastnight at the Jefferson Rd location I ordered 2 steak subs with toppings and a 2liter of pepsi only to find out they ran out of med n large sub rolls so they gave me a hambburger bun instead I paid $35 and when my food was delivered they were closed so I couldn't call them so I called today the lady remembered my order but informed me that they couldn't do anything about due to the ones who made my subs weren't there I explained to her that both steak sandwiches were missing topping and wanted to speak to a manager I spoke to her instead she kept putting me on hold about 3x I asked if I could get a refund n she told me they dont do refunds so that means that I got robbed so now I will be disputing thismatter legally then simce noone is willing to make it right with a paying customer VERY UNPROFESSIONAL N AND SHOULDNT TELL A GUEST THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT so I will never order there again and i always ordered from there and I'm very upset and...
