Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

The manager at this location is so rude, it’s unreal. She always has an attitude and is generally unpleasant when ordering at drive thru. Cheese is barely filled in the cups, and the chips are HORRENDOUS. They clearly are NOT changing their oil like ever, because everytime I order chips and cheese(including today), the chips smell and taste so bad I can’t even eat them. Bitter and plastic tasting almost—unacceptable and disgusting. Also today, my fiance and I ordered through the drive thru and of course the miserable, rude manager was at the window. Upon getting the food, he asked her if she put the sauces in (she always lies and says they are in the bag and has no idea if they even are.) and she caught an immediate nasty attitude. This place has to be a Joke but again it is Tace Bell. I’m happy it went down the way it did and I left. Lazy employees worried about “wait times” because their sensors in the drive thru??

July 1st 10.38 I went in for an online order. I sent it to the wrong location and staff kept insisting that I replace the order. So I was going to place the order in the drive thru line but was asked to leave the drive thru line because cars that sit there make a sensor go off on how long you wait. Again I was going to place an order thru the drive thru and they asked me to leave so they don’t get long waits? I even told them after I was going to place the order in the line itself but they said nothing else to me.

So if I were you I’d definitely take your business elsewhere. I mean it is Taco Bell and really isn’t the best...

I'm always upset with myself when I go to Taco Bell. I always think to myself "maybe this time will be better," but I'm always sadly disappointed. The food is generally always fine. Not bad, but not great. But the food is never what upsets me enough to ruin my day.

This Taco Bell location is terrible like all the others because of their service. Your food will take 15 minutes to be ready. Oh, and by the way, if one of the employees friends come in while you're waiting for your food, add another 5 minutes to the wait. Because the black girl with the curly hair (no name tag, probably doesn't wear it anymore because she doesn't want her name in the bad reviews) will serve her friend immediately instead of you and the others around you who have been waiting patiently.
