they serve milk tea which i was skeptical about. we tried to order it and the worker had NO idea what we were talking about. she asked her coworker and then she helped her out. we tried to order passion fruit and they ran out, and then recommended that pineapple tastes similar. lol no they don’t.
we ordered 3 smoothies. they have A TON of options, that not even they know what’s in each smoothie. the worker at the cashier was reading out the ingredients to the worker making the smoothies. because they’re so unfamiliar with each ingredient, they aren’t measured a particular way to make it tasty. i ordered a detox which should be a delicious refreshing smoothie but it straight up tasted like ginger. i did not taste any fruit. the beach daze did not have any flavor, just tasted like watered down banana.
edit to response - why would we lie about our experience? like for what? we did not end up ordering a milk tea because you ran out of pearls, so we did a beach daze. i think you’re thinking of...
Read moreI believe the owner is greatly confused on how customer service works and it is quite evident how extremely unprofessional they are, seeing how they are unable to use constructive criticism to improve their store, but rather, take subtle jabs. It is stereotypical to mention "American taste buds," seeing how I do not favored extremely sweet or salty items. I am just making a statement that their water-down drink can be blended and be more consistent with the balance of fruits to water ratio. I never mentioned their wraps, the ice in their drink neither. It is ironic they are called sugar, when in their name it is called sweets and mock Americans stereotypically while being in America. No one is asking you to change anything, everyone has an opinion and is entitled to it, if that is difficult, you may not be suitable to run a company, if you can not respect...
Read moreWe've gone there twice, when we were in town for some mountain hiking. The first time was an amazing experience. The lady minding the counter made absolutely amazing coffee and served us the most delicious double chocolate zucchini bread ever ( I used to be a personal chef, and I've baked all kinds of things myself). In fact, we were sitting outside, extolling the coffee virtues when we were overhead by some passersby who went inside to get their own cup of joe. The second time was a letdown. The two young girls behind the counter took a VERY long time with the Keurig, and what came out was brown swill that ended up in the garbage. Even the zucchini bread wasn't as exciting as that first hunk. My husband and I decided that we'll only stop by when the lady we saw the first time would be working. It's a lovely shop, but that second visit marred our...
