Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

I've been waiting at the store now for 25min. Says my order was ready for pickup at 547. I'm still here now as of 612pm. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never ordering dominos here again. Not worth it. UPDATE: decided to give this location another shot today. So they never answer the phone as I’ve been calling since yesterday to order. So I decided to stop by today. Again bad experience. I ordered the two for $5.99 deal. So while I waited this is what I saw. One employee had no mask on whatsoever and he answered the phone at times while holding the phone and breathing on his hands talking. Then continued to work while using those same hands without washing them. Another employee had no hat or hairnet on and he had a full head of hair so I can only imagine how much hair gets in the pizza. Then at some point another employee came in from the outside assuming after making deliveries and went straight to working with his ungloved hands. The screen in the store said our order was ready, so after 10min of waiting I asked about our order and they said it’s a few more minutes. Ridiculous. Will never order from this location again, if not ever in any...

EDIT: 1/2/2022 Yep aaand there it is. The complete drop in quality. Not only do I often have burned to a crisp pizza or undercooked garlic twists, but my orders are delayed by hours and then suddenly cancelled. I called and asked about my order an hour after I had placed it andsomeon who sounded like he'd be anywhere but there picked up the phone and I was told their computers are down and my order will be made when it's back up. Okay.. so I get that. Another hour goes by, no contact, no food. Aaand so a third hour goes by and I check the tracker to see my orders complete. Great!! Then I look again and it's cancelled. Is my phone number NOT registered in their system to notify me of my own order?? Which brings me to today.. my order is late by more than an hour again. Just save your time and effort and order from some other pizza place. 11 Months ago, I left a very positive review. I don't know who owns the store now or what kind of incompetent staff they're hiring, but this is just unacceptable now. Really lost...

Buyer beware! We phone ordered a delivery of 2 plain cheese pies, 14 chicken wings, and a 2 liter bottle of soda. Total Cost = $43.28 (excluding tip).

Somehow, that same pie which cost $7.99 if you pick up in store turns into an $11-and-change pie when delivered. 14 Chicken wings cost $8.30, and we were charged over $2 for the soda. BTW - a $6.00 delivery fee is also tacked on in addition to the already inflated prices. Then there's the tip...

So, the same order if picked up in the store that might cost you around $21-$22 just about $$DOUBLES$$ in price if delivered. I called and spoke to a young lady to confirmed this disparity for which no justification could be provided - as this is "just the way it is...".

This was an attempt of our parents to use a $50 gift card(birthday present), which we had hoped (from past experience) would've gone a lot further than it did.... What a way to lose a...
