Very cute and modern ramen spot nestled in the heart of Arlington. The restaurant is super clean and The decor is very nice! The people there are so sweet ensuring customers have a great experience (refilling the water and checking constantly if you need anything), the food was good too! Ordered the vegetarian dumplings (fried) and vegetable ramen (with no ramen egg or Naruto to make it vegan) and I was honestly surprised! So delighted there are finally great dumplings in Poughkeepsie!! We were very impressed and we’ll be back often. If you order your dumplings fried, they do the proper crispy dumpling skirt—it’s well worth the extra $2! (I don’t know of any other places in the area that do the dumpling lace.)
