We visited this restaurant today for lunch as a party of five, including a 7-year-old and a 12-year-old, both excited to have Thai food. Unfortunately, our experience with the service was far from pleasant.

From the beginning, the lady owner was somewhat rude, especially when our 7-year-old ordered noodle soup alongside another soup. She made faces, but I politely asked her to give him what he wanted to try. Later, she snapped at us for keeping the water glasses near us, out of her reach.

The final straw came when we took some time to decide on dessert, specifically the banana wrap. She snapped at us again, prompting us to ask for the check so we could leave. Frustrated, I wrote, "Please take a customer service 101 class at Vassar College." This led to her yelling at me and throwing the bill onto the counter as we left.

It's a shame how she treated us, especially since we are both Asians. This upset our kids so much that the 12-year-old wrote a review about her bad experience on TripAdvisor. While we enjoyed the food, her attitude left a bad taste in our mouths, and we will never go back.
