This place is a joke. Sunday afternoon at roughly 12:50 my wife and I go to get a cup of coffee and a donut for our son. The idiot at the drive thru answered in some moronic voice you couldn't understand. As my wife says hello he know sounds like a ass saying welcome to dunkin. My wife than orders and he repeats it again in a immature pink voice. At this point I'm pissed after ordering 2 coffees and him telling us to pull forward without asking if our order was complete which of course was not since we did not order my sons donut. At that point I was so pissed I told my wife to just leave and we would go elsewhere. Still pissed I called and asked to see if there was a manager on staff and of course I was told no. The staff members and coffee are just AMAZING always. So polite and friendly. One thing I do have to say is the manager is very rude and unprofessional. There’s been a few occasions that I have witnessed her being very disrespectful and speaks very aggressively to her co workers. One time I felt so bad for one staff member that I left a tip of 10$ bc I felt so bad of how embarrassed he must have been. He simply just asked her a question and she was so rude and just barked at him and accused him of not knowing what he was doing. I wouldn't suggest going here unless you like dealing with rude managers. My partner and I had asked about if one of the new flavors contained any nuts in the syrup, as my partner has an allergy. To make sure the associate went to get the manager, who came out, and without saying a word to us, turned a sign around that said "All of our food could contain nuts" accompanied by the snootiest, most rude facial expression that I have seen outside of a TV show, then moved away. It's understandable that you can't be 100% certain with allergies, but they don't need the side of attitude. You can go 5 minutes in any other direction and find a better Dunks if you...
