It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

Ordered 16wing combo after trying to place online order for 20 minutes due to issues with their system which they admitted. Couldn't even place the order without adding extra drinks but the extras that were deliberately ordered didn't show up on their end. Called otw home when we noticed missing items, Manager confirmed we weren't charged for them but offered a $10 refund for the hassels. We started with the fries they were ok but the wings were barely sauced and the drums weren't edible, so hard you could Crack a tooth! The wings were NOT edible. No excuses, your selling food out of a ghost kitchen to humans not animals. Unfortunately we did not get what was paid for which was dinner. I called back after our busy weekend and let management know the wings weren't edible hoping they would do the right thing and refund the dinner purchase or like I've done in the past as management give the customer a credit for next order. Another $10 refund was offered, so that totals $20 out of a $35 purchase with tip. I don't play with companies not giving what the customer what they Ordered as advertised in this case FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER. I ended up filing a claim with my bank. JUST GO TO CHILE'S INSTEAD!!! Oh ho ho - it is NOT "just" wings. In my little world, wings are an absolute art form. If I were a chicken meant for consumption, I would want to be marinated in this way, and then perfectly finished with pecan hardwood smoke. Crispy. Lovely. Tasty.

Sticking with some musical terms here. Why? Because I can. We got the drums, right? They add the most delicious bass beat. And the flats? They be flats!! Hahahah... get it? B FLATS!!! Okay I will go throw myself in the trashcan right after this post.

The key idea I want to impart here, from the bottom of my heart, is that you need It's Just Wings in your life. Don't look for anything further on South Road. These folks will not let you down.

When you call the listed number they tell you to "pull into one of ghe numbered spaces at Chili's and someone will be out to greet you." 15 minutes and no one comes out. I call the number again and it says "Press 1 to be transferred" so I do that, then someone at Chili's picks up the phone and tells me I can only order thru DoorDash. So why didn't the automated system mention that anywhere before telling me to pull in to a spot or dial 1? I'm trying to get wings to go home which is 45 minutes away, not something I would DoorDash. The Chili's worker also told me that I cannot walk in and order, it's only thru DoorDash? So are these wings even made here or do they have some special wing hideout where...
