Small little hole in the wall off of Raymond Ave… this is surely a gem. The flavors are delicious and masterfully built. My go-to foods of choice are the “Special Beef Noodle Soup” and their chicken wings. The special beef noodle soup is an exquisite layering of flavors that make up a delectable pho broth with the addition of beef ball, sliced beef, and beef tendon. You can customize your pho with your liking of thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeño slices. My family and I also enjoy getting the wings as there is an explosion of flavors while remaining tender. My kids love to order their “popcorn chicken” and the “mini shrimp rolls.” As for the atmosphere, its small and quaint. The decor itself is simple but stays in the realm of viet artwork. So good. Better than Pho Ben (and I come from HTX, so you know the Pho Ben there is pretty okay… at least in my opinion). When I saw they actually had pate in their banh mi, I knew this place was going to be a winner. The Pho was excellent and GOOD VALUE. Soup not too salty. Banh Mi was crisp and the fillings were flavorful! Please order the Banh Mi Sai Gon if you come. Have not tried their boba or flan yet but it is on my to do list… about to be a regular here for the next four years! The service was a bit slower but worth it. The only reason why I gave four stars for service was because the server automatically gave our table all ice water when we didn’t say anything about drinks yet… our East Asian family is big on warm water but their no ice water was...

So I tried this place a few days ago and all I can say is, I will be back. Couldn't believe this Vietnamese place was here and I'm glad I gave it a try. I ordered the honey chicken rice, honey chicken bahnmi, mini shrimp rolls, popcorn chicken and Thai iced tea. There is plenty of parking which is great either on the street or the lot across the street. Upon walking into the place a very nice employee greeted me and he already had my order together.
