Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

Got the “snackin’ bacon”. I get that it’s supposed to be served at room temperature. Instead I got a frozen clump of bacon (if you could even call it that). When I mentioned it to the employee, who by the way took forever to even get my fairly simple order correct, she began to explain to me that it’s served like that. I told her that it wasn’t room temperature but it actually felt like it had come straight out of the fridge. Her response was “well it didn’t. I made it myself.” Those were her exact words. First of all, I didn’t realize that the employees were standing behind a stove making the bacon themselves (let’s be honest she didn’t make anything). And secondly, her attitude wasn’t necessary. She attempted to continue telling me I was wrong when I was holding a frozen block in my hand. I work in retail myself so I can admit when I’m wrong and when I’m right. This woman was wrong in her response towards me. And because of that, I’m leaving this review. Hopefully someone will actually see this and make sure that employees change their attitudes...

Stopped at the tail end of a 12 HR drive. I gassed up, fiance went in for coffee. We had to re-ask for the coffee she already paid for (highly complicated medium with cream and sugar), at 4:00 PM with 0 people in line (admittedly there's a drive through but there were 3+ employees). Also, there's a men's and women's bathroom, women's is multiple, men's is single. Works great until some jabrone decides to #2 in the men's and you have to hold it for another 2 hours home because you have to be somewhere by 6:00 and can't wait for the vegan (based solely on his vest) to make stool. Incompetence. Ordered a medium cappuccino hot, blueberry coffee and two vanilla donuts. Waited in drive through line for 40 minutes. When we got to the window the staff member getting the donuts realized they only put one donut in the bag so ran back to get another. Gave me an iced cappuccino and then gave me a look when I said it’s not what I ordered. No blueberry coffee. Turns out the donuts were both strawberry.
