I really wish the managers at this location would teach their staff how to make a #9 club supreme. This is my usual order and they NEVER put the bacon on it. One time they gave me a club sub (#8) instead which I didn't notice until I got home! This happened a couple times, so now we watch them make them. I guess we're a glutton for punishment, because we keep coming back here every few months and they still get it wrong. Today my husband went, watched them make it, and the employee asks if he wants swiss cheese on it. (Um, a club supreme comes with swiss cheese. If we didn't want it, we would have ordered something else!) Then she's just about done and goes to cut it and my husband notices she didn't put the mayo on it (once again, a club supreme comes with mayo). So he asks, 'hey, did you put mayo on that?" She gives him a look like he has 10 heads and says, 'do you want that?' Um, yeah. Then she wraps them up and he says, 'did you put the bacon on them?' She says, 'no, do you want that on the side?' He took our bacon on the side, then paid the astronomical prices that they charge here and left. For your employees information, a #9 club supreme is made of roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese, BACON and mayo!! At least that is what your menu says. When I got home at 5:20The , I unwrapped the sub and found that the white roll was so hard that even my best knife had to saw thru it. I tried calling right away. The phone was answered and I asked to speak to a manager. I was told to hang on, and I did, understanding that this is a busy time of day for them. After 10 minutes of holding on, I hung up and dialed again. The message said that they had not yet set up an inbox, so I could not even leave a message. I redialed every few minutes for almost two hours, always getting the same message. The meat was fine, but I had been looking forward to a sub, not a sandwich on regular bread. I only gave it one star because there is nothing lower, and the meat was okay. Since I could get no call to the shop, I filed a complaint on the corporate website hoping the manager would get the message about poor quality.. I was told to give them a half hour as it was busy, perfectly acceptable and I completely understood. We arrived and my son went in to pick up the two subs. Over the next 20 minutes, I noticed that patrons were entering and leaving while my son was still waiting. I went in and stood in line, inquiring about our order. They hadn't made the second sub at this point. As we waited, I noticed that there is one register for pickup orders that wasn't being utilized, and the other registered was being used for all orders leaving. It was extremely busy, chaotic and I felt badly for the one employee responsible for getting everyone out of the door. It took a total of one hour and 16 minutes for our order to be completed.
