Lisbeth was the most unprofessional worker at any establishment that I’ve ever been to. She would argue with customers claiming that she was right and saw no wrong doing in what she did. She messed up my order 4 different times within one experience!! She doesn’t know how to make any type of coffee or latte and doesnt know how to make any of the food items. This dunkin is usually a fast and easy way to get my coffee but with her working it took me 30 minutes to get a WRONG order. I was beyond helpful and understanding but her attitude is beyond unprofessional. I had to drive home just to find out she completely screwed up my order to have to drive all the way back to act as if she isn’t in the wrong. Her attitude and work ethic completely soured Dunkin Donuts for me and until this issue is resolved I am going to assure to never go back. If you want to wait for 40 minutes, get the wrong order multiple times, and get into an argument with an employee then the Dunkin in Rye Brook is the place to go. First and foremost, half the people in here speak little to absolutely no English, it honestly confuses me how they’re even employed. they’re all looking at eachother for help. They don’t even know how to put in an order, it takes them forever to fulfill a simple order. Waiting 15+mins in store for a coffee when there are only 2 other customers. They’ve made me run late to work on multiple occasions, simply because they just couldn’t get it right. I decided since they take so long to fulfill in person orders, I’d just order online to save myself the hassle of running late for work once again, needless to say that I get there to pick up my order and it’s nowhere to be found. One of the most convenient features of these stores, for me, who as a school bus driver, spends a lot of time on the road, is the availability of clean restrooms when you need one. But this place has the audacity to have it's , two, yes TWO, restrooms closed. Not for repair, obviously, but because they don't want to go through the trouble of ensuring they're "sanitized" in this age if the BIG, BAD virus that ha s everyone running for the hills!
