Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Salina

Thank you to the new management at the Matty location for being so great. I like the 2 new gals, they talk to me all the time. I stopped going to that location on the account of some bad staff who seemed to always be in a bad rotten mood and acted as if the customer was a bother. You just don’t act that way! I always however have appreciate a few of the folks who have been there a while over the years. Natalie is one and has always done a wonderful job, and so sweet and takes care with her customers. She also doesn’t make things an issue when it comes up, I’ve seen her handle issues with grace. It looks much cleaner as well inside! The facility outside looked trashy but I was there recently and it’s clean from outside to inside.

Photos of the mess a while ago and recently it’s just been kept up nice! Just wanted to let people know changes have been made and I appreciate the fact I do t need to go to a farther location for my needs…...

Been going here everyday for a year because it’s close to my home and just about everyday I’m needing my coffee remade today I got coffees dropped my husband to work and stopped back to have mine remade with one sip missing I was informed by the manager he would make it this time but the next time if I leave it won’t be remade as a dunkn employee myself this store is in need of a whole new crew the other day I ordered a donut the employee whom was on window got it not only was there frosting all over his had with dirty finger nails but his finger print in my donut and coffees also made wrong that day as well the key to working here is paying attention we pay for what we get so listen and read your labels it will minimize you having to remake drinks also hand out...

They say they accept competitor's coupons, but if you actually go there and try to use one they weasel their way out of it by rudely stating that "that is too much of a discount, we get a lot more money for our products, I can't do that". DESPITE the fact that I've used the same coupon at the Rt. 57 Dunkin Doughnuts By Flamingo Bowl (Liverpool) many times and it's always honored. (The girl @ 57 from Germany, that usually runs drive-thru, is wonderful!) So I guess they get to pick and choose what they can accept even though it's stated clearly they accept ALL competitor's coupons. Unfortunately, this is the closet and most convenient location for my husband and I's morning commute, but because of their false advertising and rude staff we will not...
