The store manager was even more knowledgeable, friendly and personable! Pretty Awesome, I know! Rare today. Delivery is tomorrow 🤞 All smiles so far! DELIVERY: DEFINITELY NOT the same level of service as SALES. Speed was their main focus. Wrong color bed frame. They put the split box springs in opposite directions. Meaning: The BIG tag sewn into the end was obviously showing on one. And hidden against the wall with the other. (I have the 150lb queen PURPLE MATTRESS) So I just gently pulled the tag off😬 PLEASE DON'T CALL THE MATTRESS POLICE! Now I've got a 9" tall white line (in the seem) on one. It may not have been as noticeable, If they didn't have black sides. I stopped them at the back of their truck. And reminded them, they were to take away the old bed. And was told " We don't do that"! I said " The sales floor manager, Jay said you do!" He then said, "We don't take back anything with stains on them"! And when I asked, "Why the sales team didn't tell me that"? He responded, "THEY NEVER DO" I spent the next three hours, cutting up and cleaning up the mess! Stuffing them in the apartment complex dumpster! 😬😠🤬 They swapped out the brown frame for the black Monday, as they said they would 👍 I already had everything apart and waiting for them. I told them, "I had no problem, putting it back together". I then asked them to wait just a couple of minutes. I'd give them back their box and packing. I was told, " Don't worry about it! Read moreI am very unsatisfied with my purchase. At the time of purchase we were told that we would receive white glove delivery. They delivered our new mattress and adjustable frame. They did not remove our old mattress or frame as we were promised with "white glove delivery". When I called, the delivery department sent them back to pick up the old furniture. I was then told they would not take the bed frame because it was a simple metal platform and not the same as an adjustable base. When we made I purchase, we were reassured they would take it. Now I am left with a frame that I have to dispose of myself. When I call Customer Service back, the line rings and goes dead. I will not be making another purchase with Raymour & Flanigan again. I also said I was meeting someone and would browse around. I was left alone. The other person arrived and we wandered for a bit. A short time later, the employee approached us with bottles of water. We explained what specific item we were seeking and led to that section. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. The employee demonstrated how a few pieces opened and closed and listened carefully to what worked and didn't work for us.
