Being celiac, the only certified gluten free bakery in Syracuse was a no brainer when it came to a small cake for my wedding. I was a little nervous though based on history of trying to pre order from them in the past but the workers reassured me my cake would be ready. The cake looked exactly like the photo I sent for inspiration and tasted amazing! Would recommend for anyone needing gluten free options.

Their sweets are delicious, I ordered the brookie (cookie on bottom brownie on top) and the blueberry lemon loaf. Both were very moist and tasty!Very nice, clean store AND free samples!

A delightful find. They have a variety of delicious, tender, flavorful GF baked goods. As of now, they are open for walk-in hours with samples on Saturday mornings. They can also take orders for pickup on some other days with a little bit of lead time. Cinnamon rolls, muffins, cookies, pound cake, breads are all delicious. This is a dedicated GF bakery. I was looking for a cake that was for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. She had never had one because she has a dairy allergy soy allergy nut allergy and egg allergy. This place was so great with communication and the cake she made was a HIT!...THANK YOU SO MUCH!....everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was vegan my only mistake was not ordering a bigger cake!...thank you so much my little actually felt like a normal kid being able to have cake on...

One word. Delicious!!! This little hidden treasure was a great find. You would never know the baked goods are gluten free. I have a friend that is Celiac. I load up on goodies from here whenever she visits. Half moon cookies, donut holes, sandwich bread. Yes, bread that does not taste like cardboard. English muffins. The list goes on and on. The owners are very accommodating as the shop is only open on Saturdays. Just place an order...
