I order from here frequently and have always recommended them as they have the best Italian take out in town. However, I had such an awful experience with their customer service that I felt the need to write a review.
Just last week, I called an order in for a cheese pizza at 5:30pm and they said it would be ready at 6:15pm. I showed up at 6:10pm and paid for my order and the worker said they would be right out with my order. I patiently waited and watched all the other people around me walking out with their orders, even a second round of new people all waiting for their orders left before me. It got to 6:30pm and I walked up to the counter and waited to speak with someone about my order. I could see all the order receipts on the counter and pickup times listed were 6:45pm through 7:15pm. At this point I knew they messed up my order.
A worker came up to me and asked if I needed help and I told her I was still waiting for my order. I told her I had been waiting a long time for just a cheese pizza. I watched them go over to the receipts pile by the cashier and then they went over to the computer to check on things. Then they went back into the kitchen and came back out to tell me that my order was being prepared still and would be out soon. Finally at 6:45pm they came out with my cheese pizza. I got no apology at all for how long it took. I figured they would credit my account and apologize for the mistake. I got nothing, not even a sorry. It was the same person that cashed me out at 6:12pm and said my take out order would be right up.
I am not the type to complain normally, but this really did upset me to the point where I wanted to write this review in hopes that they see this and can learn from it. Read moreWithin the last 5 or 6 months I’ve ordered about every other weekend or so, sometimes it’s every Saturday for a couple weeks or every 3 Saturdays. The prices are great and my boyfriend loves their wings but from the first time we ordered, to last night when we ordered things have really gone downhill! There’s been a time (about 2 months ago) where I ordered and my entire order was read back to me correctly when I placed my order, but when I got home my ticket said something not even close. (Ordered pepperoni pizza and x crispy wings with hot sauce on the side and got a pepperoni pizza with regular medium wings). The women who took my order was really rude and didn’t sound very happy to be working but I sorta let it go because I work in a pizza place as well and I know how by 8:00 on a Saturday you’re ready to go home. Well Last night I ordered and not only was the food and the ticket not what I originally said on the phone and had read back to me, whoever took my order was miserable. My order was read back perfectly, but she was a little toody and just sorta like “whatever” about it, and when I got home my wings again weren’t what I ordered, the ticket didn’t even say what she read back to me. Read moreI had a very bad experience with my take out pizza and the Manager. It was not cooked the way I asked it to be and the ingredients were tasting like they were old. I called later that evening to ask for a new pizza to get made or refund for just the pizza and the "Manager" was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I could either have half of my refund or have the same exact pizza made since there was nothing wrong with it. Yes, there was actually something wrong with it- I asked for it to be crispy on the phone with the girl and I got home and it was doughy and soggy. She forgot to put the note in. I ask for ALL my pizzas cooked crispy when I order.. I was not happy with this, as I order here very often and haven't had issues before. I honestly couldn't believe how I was being talked to. Nicole was so rude saying "oh my god" to me, acting very childish. I have been in that type of work before and I don't care if you are a manager or a staff, but if a customer is angry or upset you never talk to them like that. It is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion should not be the manager unless she takes some hospitality classes. In the end I never got my credit or a new pizza. She got right off the phone.
