DO NOT EAT HERE. Yesterday my family decided to try out a different pizza place from our usual. We ordered a cheese pie, a meatball pie, and some garlic knots. Upon entering to pick up our order, the man at the counter tossed two pre-made sliced old pies from under the counter into the oven for around 10 minutes. These pies were old and not freshly made to order, and most likely sitting out for a while. I decided to try a piece of the cheese pie since I was starving, and I have been vomiting with excruciating stomach pain ever since. My family noted that the cheese and meat on the meatball pie smelled foul and old and the crust felt rubbery to touch. The garlic knots were like giant balls of greasy dough with no garlic in sight, I’m guessing they just dusted them with garlic powder. Please make the safe choice and avoid eating here, Slices in the village is much better and their pies are ACTUALLY made...

Lived within walking distance for years but almost never go. Just home from a long trip and didn't want to cook so stopped by for a slice to heat at home. Got 1 broccoli and 1 cheese. Great price. Excellent quality, very good. There is another pizza place near by with sky high prices that won't see me again.
Another thing I noticed a few years ago and it's the same now is that this one of the cleanest food service establishments I've ever seen, dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. As a CIA grad and in the business 30 years thats impressive.

Stopped at Pizza Star a few years ago and thought it was awesome. Happened to be in the area recently and couldn't resist. Just as delicious as I remembered! Took out 2 slices each of broccoli, garlic and white sauce and 2 chicken and bacon on perfect thin crust. Couldn't help repeating 'damn this is so good ' out loud to myself!!! Been to a lot of pizza restaurants over the decades and have to say Pizza Star is in my top 3. The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful, cordial, and l have to say, one heck of a pizza chef!
