Subway — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

This Subway on Route 212 in the CVS plaza to be exact,is terrible anymore! They have A kid working there who is lazy And don’t like working. You can tell, he just stands there an stares you instead of saying how can I help u or what Sub would u like,You go in at 6p & they “close at 7” the kid always tells you,only cold subs I shut everything down to serve hot subs”..an hour earlier?? It’s happened multiple times. Wish I can talk to the Owner Mangr,whom ever. If I go in earlier in the day the kid always makes my sub wrong (he never toasts it) think he has something against that oven. Prior to 2021 the workers were awesome! And it closed when it was suppose too not when the kid wanted to go home at 5p instead of 7/8pm. It’s always the same kid recently. He needs to get a job he actually likes he was new months ago so I didn’t think nothing of it. But it’s been awhile now, he should know what he’s doing. At least greet you or at least acknowledge you when u walk in....

I ordered on the app a few days ago and came in to grab my food a minute or two before the pick-up time. I immediately noticed the sandwich was a footlong even though I had ordered a six inch. I made sure it was my order and left. The bread, meat, sides, and some of the toppings were correct, but the sandwich was missing the cheese and guacamole (which came at an extra cost) I had ordered and was not heated like I requested. The food was as you would expect from a Subway. They seemingly standardize everything so it is difficult to expect anything better or worse. In this case, it was delicious, as Subway sandwiches tend to be. There was no line and the place was clean. The employees were pleasant and quick. Overall a good experience as long as you know what kind of sandwich you like and sometimes even if you don't and you try something new...
