I had one of the worst experiences at Starbucks this morning with the drive thru cashier refusing to remake my melted frozen drink. Was told it was a waste of product… I asked for a refund and left with one drink after ordering two on the mobile app and waited twenty minutes for it. Very disappointing. Never had a negative experience at Starbucks like I had at this one. I called when I got home spoke to supervisor Gabby who apologized and offered me a free drink for next time I visit. I used to work at Starbucks often I'm disappointed from the starbucks in kingston but I was blown lady on bev 2 had made me the best drink I ever had!! A custom peach drink frappe!! I told her to do her thing and she dunked it !!! That drink should be on the menu!!!!Caffeine free they way I enjoy my drinks . The tall woman wearing a blue shirt working the drive thru around 1pm today was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to us from the minute she took our order up until we paid. We expressed our drink wasn’t that good and with a disgusting attitude she said “what’s wrong with it” so we suggested maybe we could simply add a shot of chai and she said that it would be an additional $1.00.
