Save yourself! The time and money. Not a single employee knows how to tell the truth. First time I went in there a gentleman helped me, he was nice and said that he could get my bill around the same as when I was with T-Mobile which was around $120 for four lines when I went back he wasn't there and a woman helped me. She apologized and said that he was new and didn't know what he was talking about that my bill wouldn't be $120 that'd be more like a $150 for the four lines but I could get four brand new phones on them. I told her that I heard an ad on the radio that said that I could get four lines for $100 she didn't know what I was talking about (come to find out it's called Total Verizon). I told her that $150 was a lot more than I would like to pay since when I was with cricket I was paying $100. She assured me that going to Verizon that I would have better service and customer service 24/7 and a way more better experience service-wise and I'd also get four brand new phones. After going back and forth for probably close to an hour I agreed but I upgraded my "free phone" to the ultra but supposedly that was only going to add $11 to the bill. 3 weeks after I got the first bill which was over $400 I asked about that they said that that was the oh my god bill which everybody gets and it's a shocker at first. But they assured me that the bill would go down but it would take another 2 months for all the promotions to kick in which I thought was very odd but they assured me that that's how long their company took for their promotions to kick in it is now been 3 months and my bill is still over $200 come to find out she lied to me to sign the contract The phones were not free even though we traded in all of our phones. Sure we got top of the line nice phones but our old phones there was nothing wrong with them we didn't need new phones we are not the type of people that need the newest and the greatest phones. As for the extra $11 that I would pay for mine that was also a lie. It's $11 off of the payment of $50 a month. And truth be told the service is absolutely no better than cricket except for I'm now paying almost $150 more than what I would with cricket. So lessons learned the hard way and I'll definitely be going back to...
Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. Purchased a screen protector that was put on by store employee which fell off within 4 days. Instead of replacing the product I was told I could buy a new one or file a claim and pay shipping. It was 4 days old! When I asked for the number of the owner the manager became belligerent and told me to find it myself. I asked again and he wrote his own number down, threw it at me and said good luck. All I wanted was the number of the owner. Thankfully another employee pointed me to 2 numbers posted on the wall. The person at the first number (who I assumed was the owner, he did not identify himself) did not even return a call. Instead, he sent me a text refusing to discuss. I will never shop there again. They do not stand by their products and the manager is abusive! They do not appreciate your business.
UPDATE: I got a phone call today from the ACTUAL owner today. He was quite pleasant and interested in getting to the bottom of it. He apologized for the experience. He offered to have the product shipped overnight to us. His call and resolution are much appreciated, but I am still very disappointed in my experience with the...
Read moreI would give zero if I could. Got me phone from them year and half ago. Employee moves my number to a new plan, used the wrong address, said it could be fixed later. He signed me up for the "play" package when I told him I wanted the travel one so I get data outside the U.S. Worst of all, my wife had to go back and get her phone added on and for some reason they set up a second account, which I have been paying for and thought was my only account. They never shut down the first account. I do not know how I can have two accounts for one number, but this was never told to me, so now I have collections calling me over 45 dollars. I go in to ask the store to correct this mistake, since to me I never used this other line. The gentleman informs me he is not a corporate store and can do nothing. He then explains that I am responsible for any lines I set up, I did not set it up, his store did, even if I do not use the service. Certainly, it was not his fault it was past employees, but he was quite rude and took no effort to help me fix his stores mistake. I will not be giving their store my business. Even though I get calls from them I did not...
