Village bagels — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

Very poor service and food today coupled with the wrong order and bad sandwiches after it all. The bagel selection was wrong even though they asked on the phone and we decided on plain bagels to keep the car clean. Received two everything bagels. To top it off though, the sandwiches were terrible. Lox was barely even there, literally 1 slice of salmon, thick cut tomato just throw on into a huge pile of onions. Just had my first bagel from here, first egg everything bagel as well. Best bagel I've had in a long time coming from the city. Crusty outside, soft inside, A LOT of everything seasoning as I like it. I wish I had taken a photo because it was marvelous, the veggie cream cheese is packed with veg. 💯 Recommend. I also got a hot chai and again, this is the most flavorful chai I have found up here. Props to the barista who was very kind and made a bomb a** drink and shared her fave painting with me. The art in there is great, love the floating man and the snowed in street being shoveled. I'll be back...

🥯 Village Bagels is AMAZING!!! Ordered a SES T w/ SECSPK and it was the Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time. To add to it I also enjoyed the feel you get when you walk in. Exposed brick, dark rustic wood trimmings and earth tones for the color scheme is not only aesthetically pleasing, it gives off a sense of calm.
