Read moreAwful experience. We went for my husbands birthday. Was very excited for a date night together and shortly after we got there I felt like leaving. However, hubby already ordered his drink and we come here every year for his birthday. We walked in and the hostess rudely asked my name no “hello how are you” or any type of greeting just said “name?” I told her then asked her if we could sit at the bar, before I could even finish my sentence she said “first come first serve” and turned away. I would’ve waited for the bar if it was possible. There were seats open at the bar too which is why I asked. I step back and not even a second later they call our name, I didn’t think it was us because I literally just told the woman my name she looked at me and SCREAMED my name this time. Not even exaggerating. We follow the woman and get seated in a tight corner at a small table. Didn’t want to complain because she was rude enough already. Then about 2 minutes later I got a call from my mom who was babysitting our 4 month old son. It was an important call and the waitress came over and asked us what we want to drink and gave an attitude because I was on my phone when she came over. I feel like she could’ve just asked if we needed more time or not been so rude. It was a call about my son so of course I’m going to answer and pay attention to that call. Then we order. The food was ok. Nothing great and would expect more for the price. She comes over asking several times how everything is which was fine I understand that’s her job but it didn’t feel sincere at all and because of that it was kind of annoying after awhile while I’m trying to enjoy time and have conversation with my husband. Then the bill comes and this is the worst part. Again I don’t think the food / drinks are worth the price. I don’t mind spending that much on food if it is good but it really wasn’t. The atmosphere and staff made it too uncomfortable to speak up about the fact we didn’t enjoy our food. Appetizer was good. My tacos were okay, the steak was dry and waitress didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked. Was also kind of cold. My husband got a pasta dish and the “decoration” on the plate made it nearly impossible for him to enjoy his meal. The rim of the plate was coated in cumin I think? It was such a strong and awful smelling spice of some kind. Anyhow back to the bill. I pay with my card and after really thinking about it I decided I did not want to tip. I would like to disclose that I always tip when I go places. However, with how uncomfortable we felt, poor quality food and the waitresses poor attitude I decided I didn’t want to. She ran my card and we left. I forgot to sign the bottom of the check accidentally as I just wanted to leave because of the bad experience and the waitress FOLLOWED US OUT TO MY CAR. Honestly wouldn’t have had an issue with coming to my car if she approached us better. She was acting like I was trying to steal or something. She stops my husband rudely says we didn’t sign so he apologizes & he signs and she HOVERS OVER HIM to see if he’s going to write a tip. When she notices he’s not she rudely says was everything ok? He just said yep so she could walk away because her coming out to our car was odd enough. She huffs rolls her eyes and walked away. DISCLOSURE : I had given her my number for the rewards and so she realistically could’ve just called or texted so I could go back in and sign it wouldn’t have been an issue at all. Because of this experience I will never go here again. It’s unfortunate because my husband and I go here every year for his birthday. This will be our last time at this location. Things have changed for the worse. Please hire more polite staff and explain...

The cake is good but I waited half an hour in curbside parking and no one ever came out. The worst part is that I called to let them know I was outside when I got there and the girl I spoke to said she’d be right out. I then waited another 15 minutes before calling again. I spoke to a different girl this time and she said she’d “put a rush” on it. Mind you, I had placed the order an entire hour before this, so it definitely should’ve been ready for me to pick up. After the second call I waited a few minutes before finally deciding to just go inside. The entire reason I did curbside pickup was because I had hurt my foot and didn’t want to walk on it unnecessarily, so this was definitely an inconvenience. Now if I had gone inside and saw that they were really busy I might’ve been a little more understanding. However, that was not AT ALL the case. What really upset me is that as soon as I walked in, I saw that there was not one customer waiting to be helped. Automatically, I knew that no one had put a rush on my order like I’d previously been told by the second girl I spoke to on the phone. So I walked up to the counter, waited for the man (I asked for his name to thank him in this review but I forgot it, I’m so sorry) to acknowledge me which he kindly did, and explained that I’d been outside for half an hour waiting and that I spoke to two different people during that time and no one helped me. He went to look for my order, and would you believe it was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE time? Bag closed and everything. Waiting to be handed to the customer. How long it had been sitting there I don’t know but I was so disgusted by the fact that I had been given the run around just because none of the restaurant’s employees wanted to come outside to give me my curbside order. Why does the restaurant offer curbside pick up if the employees are too lazy to actually do it? Anyway, the nice man who helped me apologized on their behalf and didn’t hesitate to offer me a free slice of cake since I waited so long. I appreciated the gesture and his help but overall the whole experience was frustrating. Such a turn off from this restaurant. Won’t be...
