The service was absolutely horrible. I was just told I could not order at the drive thru because I was not "in a vehicle" as my job is next door. Apparently that is a policy. Secondly, yesterday two Latino women could not figure out how to ring up 6 cookies for $5 which is an obvious deal and common. There was an employee who spoke good English that refused to help me and them because he was "on break." I had a verbal argument with him that almost turned physical. Embarrassing excuse for a staff. Forgets items consistently and told me to come back around through the drive thru a second time in 4 minutes “because the doors were locked” but that didn’t stop them from unlocking it for a door dash order after I had to wait behind several cars for longer than 4 minutes.
