Kennedy Fried Chicken Halal — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

Owner is a very nice person. But, The chicken was just chicken with a spicy taste to it. I do not like spicy food. Sides were very small and over priced. Potatoes were just mashed and covered with a no tasting gravy. Macaroni and cheese had absolutely no taste to it. Salads were all just plain. No tlc put into them. Honestly, I think they are store bought or from a frozen selection. And the rolls, very small. About two by two and definitely not home made. A fresh piece of brea has more taste. Then there came the upsetting part, Pricing.! The menu said 6 rolls, but they would only give me five even though I told them the price on the wall comes with six. Four sides and ten pieces of mixed fried chicken and five miniature rolls. 28 dollars plus tax. As I was leaving, the owner talked to me and gave me a menu. In the menu the price for my order was and is 23 dollars for 10 chicken 4 sides and 5 rolls. However, I was over charged , based upon the price on the wall and not in their most recent menu. Because of this and the poor quality I will not be eating here again. I drove from lLiberty to give the place a chance. Never again. Thank You.!! Thank you for explaining the miss understanding. You should really make the price change an important point to your customers. Especially when you are using old menus. Put up a sign. As for returning, I can’t see what you could correct unless you fix the quality of your food. Excellent service, but...

Horrible service. Ordered @1:30 pm for a 5pm pick up. Order not done plus was wrong and didn't give me back change for the order they messed up. Very unprofessional. All the while 4 people grabbing chicken and handling cash.... no gloves. Not a good look for a new business.

My guy..... I came in around 1:30 today, and placed my order for 5 pm because, like the last time your service is very slow. Check your security cameras and you will see. Not only that..... to prepaid and left a tip. 4 of you guys and you still didn't get it right then when I asked for my money back you gave me half of my order. I work 3 doors down and we've given you plenty of business. No way none of the other food business on Broadway operate like that. Not Chinatown, Bagel bakery, Broadway pizza or Nellys which we also give our business too. Bad service, good chicken actually great chicken, HORRIBLE...

I "THOUGHT" I found a fried chicken place better then KFC OMG was I wrong 😳 fist time there and last!! Wasted $$ and had to go get some something else to eat !! fried chicken was DISCUSTING SMELLED GOOD 1 ordered 6 piece with Mac and cheese The chicken was fried to the point that there wasn't any meat in side it was dry HARD AND WAY OVER DONE!!
