Look, I love chipotle, eaten at their restaurants hundreds of times, great. Whoever this manager is needs to lose their job. The attached photo is the norm, for several years now. The place seems like it’s run by teenagers. Filthy restaurant, constantly. Every order is wrong. And if it’s not a bowl that’s only half full, it’s someone else’s order entirely. No attempt to make things right by the staff here. I’m embarrassed I’ve ever tipped at this restaurant. And that I’m ever tempted to eat here, given there’s a real location a couple miles away. Don’t know how corporate hasn’t shut them down. Avoid this one. Update about 30 minutes later: After I got home with the remade order, I found out it was completely wrong again 😂 I couldn’t even make this up. I was offered a free drink for the trouble of it taking three tries to get my order. Staff that made it said they “don’t know what was going on”. Yeah, I wonder. Welcome to the modern day, when trying to get a burrito bowl is an hour long quest of disappointment, confusion and frustration. It’s just some rice and beans at the end of the day, it shouldn’t matter that much, why care. I know. But, haven’t you been there, too?

Lets put it this way....I WILL NOT EVER RETURN THERE. The employees were too busy chatting between one another and not helpful in answering about the items presented. I also asked for a half portion or small size portion. I didn't get that. I was charged a ridiculous amount for what I received as well. The meat was for the most part inedible as for so much fat and griscle. The tables all were dirty and not that busy that someone could've come and washed them off properly. The atmosphere is non existant. Chairs are bolted to the floor so no way to adjust/make our seating comfortable. Are they afraid we'll steal the seating??? LMAO 😂 The employees are far from properly trained, at least the ones at the counter and register area. I'd love to see how the foods are prepared in the kitchen. I believe an inspector ahoud go there and see for themselves. It's NOT an acceptable establishment by far.

Only went to this location because the closer location closed their mobile/pick-up ordering. Mobile orders were all behind the counter, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time, the line was out the door, half of their fountain drinks were not working/refilled, they had no forks, waited maybe a half an hour for my food, and one of the employees was shouting (literally screaming) for everyone waiting in line to back up because the line was “cramping their space” but I’m not sure where he expected a line of 10-15 people to go. And to top it all off they forgot part of my order. Never returning to Chipotle again, Moe’s it is.

Only went to this location because the closer location closed their mobile/pick-up ordering. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've literally never written a single review for any food place before in my life. I'm 26. This place is so bad that I just had to write my first review ever. I've been going to this Chipotle for about a year now. It's the closest location to my house - and I really need Chipotle as fuel. I'm a swimmer, and I swim almost every single night. I don't have time during the week to cook, so I really value this Chipotle. This location has driven me off the ledge on more than 100 different occasions. I've been turned down 15+ times for ordering chips, because they are only for the people who order online. This is insane. If you need to make more chips - make more chips so everyone can have some. One of the times I simply asked the girl at the register why I couldn't order chips when I could see 50 bags of them on the shelfs (they weren't "out" at all). The girl at the registered rolled her eyes at me and YELLED at me. Pretty much every employee who works here is extremely rude. The cold tables are completely disgusting. There's piles of food just sitting on them and no one ever cleans it up. What really set me off was when I went last night - and I had to leave without getting any food. There were 30 people cramped inside all waiting for an online order and no one was being helped. I saw about 4 employees laughing about it, not hurrying to fix the problem, and moving so slowly. I was there for 15 minutes and didn't see ONE PERSON get helped during that time. Not ONE person left the building with food in 15 minutes. I was waiting in line to order (because their online food is a scam and you get 1/4th of a portion you pay for). They were making online orders at the station made for people coming in person to order. If I could burn this Chipotle location down I would. Me and everyone else who have had it. I have given this place (literally) hundreds of chances and I'm done. I will NEVER come back here. If I want Chipotle, I'll have to drive to the Amherst location nearby. They are great there. I NEVER do this but I'm fed up with this Chipotle location and I can assure you after last night I am NOT the only one! Hoping the new location that will open on Delaware Ave is better. I went in for dinner and wanted 2 burrito bowls with Carne Asada (the feature protein that I see a commercial at least 10 times a day) and was told I need to wait 3 minutes while the meat gets cut up. Meanwhile 10 minutes later another person ordered a burrito which got 1/2 made and he needed to wait 20 minutes because there was Queso. REALLY how does Chipotle run out of Queso! Then they ran out of White Rice which came soon after that but then there was no Brown Rice. The associate behind the counter was now screaming out we have "no Queso and no Brown Rice!" The people in line were NOT happy and were complaining. The gentleman waiting for his burrito finally gave up on the Queso, as did I. The associate making the burrito made it so big that she couldn't even fold it. The gentleman asked for a double burrito wrap and the associate rolled her eyes and gave much attitude. When I finally got my burrito bowls and got to the cash register there was nothing attitude from both 'little girls" talking under their breath how sick they were of people's attitudes. I just don't understand why there were 3 people on the side making the to-go orders (looked VERY over crowded) and 2 people at the one cash register and NO ONE helping the gentleman running out food for the people in line. I placed a group order for myself and my colleagues for lunch on NYE and had it delivered. I was missing a few small things (chip and queso) so I just ran over to the location to ask for them. When I got there the girl at the register was very helpful and worked to get my things while cashing out the only other customer in the restaurant. The girl working the line started questioning things like the name on the order and what was missing, which i can understand but she did so in a very disrespectful manner. I grabbed my things and went back to my car and as I'm pulling away there was a loud bang on the back of my car. Come to find out it was the girl that had been questioning things saying that I was not owed those things because they weren't on my order. I showed her my confirmation email and said that they were right there. She said that I needed to come inside so they could reviews things to which I pointed out how ridiculous that was since I had my order confirmation right there and pointed out that I had paid for those items. When I did so, I actually noticed that I was missing even more items (chips and guac) and pointed that out to her and she just walked away and ignored me. I've worked many food and customer service jobs in the past and I'm normally a patient person in situations like these, but her attitude was completely uncalled for and disrespectful when I had proof and came at the situation in a calm and respectful manner.
