I ordered a 14 inch sub at the counter and then sat and waited literally 20 minutes for it. When I got it, it seemed really small and no where near 14 inches. I was able to speak with the manager who said they must have used the wrong sized roll, and they would remake it for me. I told him that I had just waited 20 minutes for the first sub and I didn't have any time to wait for another one. He just glared at me and then repeated that he could remake it. I asked if I could be refunded the difference from the larger to medium sub and he said that he can't refund just $2.00. I pointed out that it was a $4 difference and he said he couldn't refund that either. He then repeated about making a new sub and I said forget it can I just get a complete refund and he said nastily "that I can do". In a huff and with obvious contempt for me he refunded me the $15 which took about 5 more minutes to figure out how to do and threw out the sub. He never apologized for the wait or anything and was an a-hole the entire time. If you are somehow physically incapable of doing a simple refund, why not offer a gift card or coupon for the amount? Why could he not have refunded me and then re-cashed me out??? It was their mistake. Why not refund me and offer the sub as a token of good will for future patronage?
I love Dibellas subs and only make it to a location on rare occasions, so this was a special treat. It's too bad that this jerk ruined what would have been a good...

The place was almost pristine with cleaning supplies left scattered throughout. Almost as if to make an impression of it.đ Though it was clean enough, the food was somewhat lacking. I had VERY specifically requested a large amount of mushrooms on my sub and there was barely 6 or 7 small slices from an awful canned stock. đ The chicken was likely frozen but was actually quite good. It was tender, well seasoned, juicy and flavourful. The Swiss cheese they used was one of the best I've had. A slight bite to it with a flavor that was impressive but not overwhelming. Sadly it seemed it was, quite literally, thrown together; Spilling out everywhere once unwrapped. My better half ordered a meatball sub. The meatballs seemed to be of the average frozen variety and there was almost no sauce to speak of. The cheese was nearly nonexistent and clearly thrown on cold. My kids had mixed-meat subs that were also thrown together poorly. One of the drinks I specifically asked for no ice and was 1/2 full of ice once it was emptied. The cookies were just average. If they step up their game they could be a very impressive establishment. I will return and give them another chance some day and, hopefully, they will have improved. So when I came back for a visit, the first thing I thought about doing was making sure I stopped to get one of their amazing steak subs before I went back home. I was so looking forward to it. I was in town for only a day and a half so I checked the closing time online and it said 9:00pm. I made sure to show up by 8:30 so I could be sure to get there before closing. Well I asked for the steak sub and the girl said ânope, we already shut down our stove.â What?!?! I asked what time they open in the morning and she said âoh 10 or 11:00.â When I said I flew all the way from Florida and I have to be at the airport at 9:30 in the morning to go back, all she said was âoops sorry,â shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Really?! Thatâs customer service? If you are open until 9:00 pm, then your stove should be going and you should be making ALL of your menued items until CLOSING! Just ridiculous.
