Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Ulster

First time at Five Guys and will be my last. Spent $45.00 on food that i wouldnt have paid $10 bucks for if it was offered to me. I was there at 11.15 am. Only number 3 on ticket. Ordered a BLT that had overcooked,burned on edges bacon,tomato and a piece of lettuce i had to find under all the mayo...2 Hamburgers overdone with lettuce,ketchup,mustard,barely lettuce and tomato.. I see a pattern with the lettuce shortage in the orders..1 little hamburger,,again overcooked and lettuce was noticeable under condiments. 2 orders of fries that were so soggy and soaked right thru the bag when it was picked up out of the plastic bag provided by the nice and friendly staff. The front counter and key pad were dirty and there was grease or oil on the keypad machine that i asked to be wiped off but was done after i picked up my order. Staff was clowning around but had smiles and was very nice. It is sad that i will not be back because the reviews show it is/was a good place to eat. Sorry Five guys,do better at this...

Came here Dec. 2015. Based on the amount of calories alone, I've stayed away from Five Guys. We were driving home from Massachusetts and needed a driving break. My husband insisted that eating here was worth the calories. He was right! I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms. That first bite was so, so, good! Juicy, plenty of toppings, and hot. My husband got a plain cheeseburger with bacon....equally as good. He also ordered the malted milk shake. I took a sip and it was delicious. We also got two small fries. If that was small, I'd hate to see the large fries. One small was plenty for the two of us. They were a bit greasy but still nice and crispy. I didn't go into the restaurant and we ate in the car so I can't review on...

Where can I say about the best burger place in the world. I belive God himself must be flipping the burgers here. The way the burgers just melt in your mouth and with so many options I could spend my life here just seeing what greatness comes from the kitchen. Don't get me started on the fries , perfect amount of salt and so savory. I love the fact that they fill up the bag and not just the cup. Service here is amazing, very friendly and very clean. If you haven't been to 5 Guys yet you really have done yourself a disservice, if you are someone who dislikes 5 Guys you should question your...
